Waiting Area was very nice and clean places to wait on my car. Greeted and helped right away. They were very friendly helpful and didn’t take long to get my oil changed. Did get a quote on tires as well while I was there. Definitely recommend.

Wickel Tire performed an oil change for me. They were polite and very professional. The service was completed in under 20 minutes. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

Ethan was scheduled to come out on a particular day to install new tires on my side x side. He called to share that he and another employee were helping “set tires” on a customers tractor. It was taking longer than anticipated. He apologized and assured me he was not pushing me off. Honestly, I appreciate the fact he called to let me know what was going on, and I appreciate that he was staying to help finish helping a customer. I’ve been extremely pleased with Wickel’s responsiveness and assistance, and would highly recommend them!

Ethan kept in touch, letting me know when he would arrive. When he got here, he checked out the tractor tires I wanted to replaced, and explained what he’d be doing. He also checked the side x side tires, and noticed I needed two different sized tires for the back. He explained what he’d do when he got back to the office, and followed through. I felt like my tire needs were in capable hands, and I was pleased to find a company I felt I could trust!

I needed some tires swapped and they beat the competition pricing across the board. I was in and out plenty quick. They did check to make sure the tires were “safe” which is a good thing I suppose. I have no complaints and will come back when I need new tires.

Taco is solid, front desk staff is hit or miss on knowing anything. Oil changes are fast. Plan on following up to see when your vehicle is done otherwise it’ll sit all weekend in their lot. Overall a great shop in burley.

Prices are fair. Service is good. I have never used the particular brand of tires I bought before, so I can’t really say much about them. I’m told them the type of terrain I travel on and went with their suggestion. Everything is ok so far.

We were traveling from Arizona to Spokane and had a blowout on our camper along I-84. Much to our surprise, our spare didn’t fit (thanks RV dealership). After some emergency roadside service the night before, we limped into Wickel Tire Pros the following morning. By 10:30am we had 4 new tires and a spare that would fit our trailer. They even let us trade in the non-fitting spare for partial credit. Can’t thank you enough for the excellent service and for getting us back on the road.

Jamie was polite professional and incredibly helpful. Came in with a tire that had a puncture. Dropped it off. They were able to patch the tire and even reinstalled it on the rear and even replace the spare back underneath. When asked what I owed for the service he told me that there was no charge, Even after I insisted to pay for the service. Many thanks to Jamie and his crew!! Very impressed with this place. I have always gone with the big box tire companies but their prices were competitive and they were able to get me in quicker and cheaper. Furthermore, I thought I needed new tires, brakes, and bearings but my rep inspected everything and was honest with me and only fixed what needed to be done. This is the second set of tires I’ve purchased from Wickel Tire, and Josh hooked me up! Not only did they get me right in, but Josh suggested a great tire, for less money with a LONGER tread warranty than the previous tires I had. As a professional rodeo photographer, my job requires a lot of driving. I appreciated that he wanted to make sure I got the best bang for my buck and wasn’t just trying to get more money out of me. Came in to get my new tires mounted. Had called Les Schwab and was told I could come in first thing in the morning but was already going to be about a 3 or 4 hour wait time. Decided to call Wickel, it being my first time ever using them. Was told to come in and I’d get on their waitlist too. Waited no more than 45 minutes from start to finish. Extremely satisfied with services, timeframe, and quality. Definitely my new tire shop from now on.

I was so pleased with my experience. I found the staff to be super friendly and courteous and helpful. I love that they’re not out to nickel and dime you. I went in for low pressure in my tire and ended up getting an oil change. They even put my new wiper blade that it’s been sitting in my car for a month on my Car for me. They didn’t charge me anything for the tire repair and the oil change price was $10 less than I paid elsewhere! I’ve already told my sister about them and will mention to all my friends that they are an awesome business!

A few weeks ago, my daughter and I were driving from Boise to Salt Lake City when we noticed her car was pulling to the left. We stopped and found one of the tires was nearly flat. Fortunately, we were just one exit away from Wickel Tire Pros in Jerome. The gentleman at the Jerome store was incredibly kind and immediately showed a sense of urgency when he saw we were in a rush. He quickly found a used tire that happened to be the right size and had his team install it right away. We were back on the road in no time. Unfortunately, about an hour into our drive, we noticed the same issue. We stopped again and realized the tire had gone flat. I called back to the Jerome location and explained the situation. Without hesitation, he mentioned it could have been a valve issue he was concerned about earlier, but what really stood out was how quickly he jumped into action. He contacted their partner store in Burley, and within minutes, I got a call from the manager there. He asked a few quick questions and told me he was sending a tech to help us out. Soon after, Kevin arrived. He was kind, efficient, and got right to work. When he was done, he called his manager to confirm, then told us we were all set—no extra charge, no hassle, no stress. This entire experience left me deeply impressed. Both stores worked together seamlessly to help us out. They did not make a lot of money from us that day—the used tire was inexpensive—but it was never about the money. It was about helping someone in need and providing true A+ service. Have been here more times than I can even remember lately, they have done 3 different flat repairs for FREE even though not every tire was purchased through them. Excellent service and very quick/professional with all jobs. They were even careful with my wheels on my project car when it had a flat.
